Is it possible to subscribe to an IP service in San Diego while living in TJ?

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to subscribe to an IP service in San Diego while living in TJ?

I am currently using Telnor and getting tired of their bandwidth going up and down. Most of the time it's sluggish to a halt.

Does AT&T or any other IP service in the USA that provide over-the-air(mobile) internet that would work well TJ? Does anyone know? Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

I live in Playas in Ladera del Mar high on a hill with a clear view of Imperial Beach. I have a Verizon 4G LTE MiFi with an external 9 DB gain antenna placed outside with a clear view of the US.

It DOES NOT WORK.

We bought a Telcel 4G LTE MiFi and it works fine and is on all the time at the house, running computer, laptop, and 2 iPhones.

My point is, if my setup doesn't work don't even try elsewhere in TJ except maybe in a high rise in Col Federal or something.
