Odd Clock Times
I just noticed than when I'm logged in the clock times at 7 hours ahead of my local PT. When I'm looged out the times are 1 hour behind my local time.
I posted in Off Road at 9:36 local which showed up on the post as 4:36. When I logged off it shows 8:36.

The site has always used a default time if you're logged out. Up until recently it's been Universal Time (UTC/GMT). Since the last software update I
was able to set the default to PST. It doesn't know when the time changes, and thus needs a manual update to PDT - which I just did.
When you're logged in, it uses your personal settings for time zone in relation to UTC/GMT. Sounds like your personal settings are set to UTC/GMT,
not Pacific Time (or Mountain Time - which effectively is PDT).

Same here, since Mountain Time is the same as Pacific Daylight Savings Time.
