Santa Rosalia Cemetary


I wanted to see if we could find the oldest French part of the cemetery but we did not. However, the excursion was very interesting.

First, there is this quote from Gabriel Garcia Marquez " Here are the keys to your Life." I just love that quote:








Then we climbed up the ridiculously narrow road -got sent back by the electric company which was working on the lines. Went another equally narrow route which took us into NUEVA SANTA ROSALIA. The houses are beautiful but the gardens are spectacular!

and in true to Mexican style - the best view in town:








We did not find the oldest part, the cemetery is huge. For next time, I will see if I can find someone to guide us.

Strange report on Palm Sunday but Baja is an adventure and this was our adventure.
