Crossing at Otay South

Can anyone tell me what time the boarder crossing opens if you are bringing construction material to claim in secondary? Also, anything new that they are not letting across the boarder into Mexico?

Can't help you out exactly on the time, but I declared some construction materials there a few years ago and we went through around 0700-0800 if I recall correctly.

We had some items that weren't readily available in Mexico and we had to import them. Some people just don't get it....not everything is easily available in Mexico.

Good luck!
