RV pulling Car: permits needed?

My insurance agency sells Mexico Auto insurance and a client just asked me something that I didn't have an answer to. He is driving alone in his RV and will be pulling a car. Is that OK, and if so, will he need permits for both OR will they provide him with permits for 2 vehicles? He is planning on traveling on mainland Mexico too. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

No permits needed that I'm aware of. I do it all the time.

Says he is travelling on the mainland, if he is so. of Guaymas
some 200 + mi. so. of Ariz., he will need car permit for both
vehicles, someone with more info will post, not sure if
one person can bring in more than one vehicle under one's
name? Try a site called, RV.net, they have Mex rving forum
