Has anyone heard if the whales have arrived?

Some friends want to go whale watching soon and I was wondering if anyone had heard whether they are here yet?

I talked with Enrique at Eco-Tours, and he said thw whales have arrived at Guerrero Negro. Tours have started, and we are going to be there 1st week of March.
He says reservations are filling up fast for the weekends.:O

We split the cost of the panga with five people and it cost us $15.00 U.S. each for one hour. This playful baby stayed with us for over fifteen minutes...really seemed to enjoy the attention!

Just got back from Lopez Mateos. Had another great experience. Went out for 3 hours on a very calm day which was great for my friend who was not too sure about the panga(lancha) ride but not great for finding really playful whales. No complaints, as they kept coming up to the boat and we saw several spyhops and a few tails.
Spent the night at Cameron Feliz and ate dinner and breakfast there before we went out. The huevos rancheros were served on a tostado, so you pick them up and eat them. Came with one tostado with frijoles on top. Really good and I had never seen them prepared that way.
There is a festival every Saturday if you can arrange to be there then.
