N/B SY/TJ Border - How Long can I expect to wait?

I have a Sentri Pass, so it has been a while since I've crossed in the regular line. I've heard that there are more gates open and waits are less for the regular line during the morning commute....is that true? Or should we wait until the morning rush is over?

Get in line at 9:00 and things could be fine?

I had a meeting in TJ this morning and crossed back in SENTRI just after 11. There were 4 cars ahead of me and it took less than two minutes. I say wait a bit after 9 so most of the commuter traffic will be gone. Should be quick and easy!
