I did it on line and received it in the mail, no problems at all. Most people do not apply the sticker. Keep the ORIGINAL on your boat.

Mexicali took about 20 minutes... Pretty straight forward and they were very helpful.
Algodones couldn't do it.

Did mine last week online. But when I was at the final step it, after paying the fee, it went offline. I thought "chit!". I just got ripped off! But it did arrive via express mail a couple days later so I'm impressed. Don't know if it will ever be needed but now I have one.
