contacting jardines baja hotel

Been trying for 2 days to contact Jardines for a reservation. Called the Baja number 616-165-6060 and the stateside number 619-591-8922. Either no one answers or it goes immediately to the busy signal. Wondering if they have problems with their phones? Sent an e-mail. Does anyone else have a suggestion?
Thanks

Same problem. Usually they return emails within hours but it has been a day. No answer on either line. .??

It's Mexico. Give them a day OR TWO to reply.

Heard today that the internet and Telnor phone is down since Sat. night along much of the road that they are on. Last I heard, they were hoping to be up and running Wed. or Thursday.

Anyone have a favorite room? Not all rooms are equal.

US Marines: providing enemies of America an opportunity to die for their country since 1775.

What I say before any important decision.
F*ck it.

My favorite rooms are 2, 3, 13.
These are single bed rooms. 2, 3 are next to the back parking lot. 13 is one row back.
They all have that serenity ambience provided by the chirping birds.

I called Jardines again this morning (Tuesday). And someone answered the phone! She said the phones had been down and only came back online late last night. She said they had been having a lot of trouble.
So thanks everyone for your thoughts. We've got our reservation.

My experience has been that the 619 number was Carmen's cell phone, that was deactivated several years ago. The Mexican number should work.

Never just drop in and think you'll find a room. Extremely popular place.
