driving route


one more ? I looked at the map, and the route seems easy from San Carlos Sonora to Ensenada. anything I need to know?

I don't recommend driving at night, but some people like it. Slow down, enjoy the drive and be safe.

thankyou..lived in Sonora full timefor 8 yrs. I agree w/ no nite travel. not for a woman traveling alone.

The westerly travel through Caborca/Sonoyta/San Luis R.C. is known as a 'hot-spot' for potential narco trafficking. Just use your wits; don't stop for anyone suspiciously trying to 'flag you down' on the side of the road even though you feel like being a good Samaritan; unless it's a Federale in a marked car with bubblegum lights on the top, keep going. No need to be paranoid, but common sense and the ol' "third eye" is essential. Very nice drive, btw.



I don't have a BUCKET LIST, but I do have a F***- IT LIST a mile long!
