Can't find something about a Baja boat trip
Trying to find something I read a few years ago about a guy that drove an outboard skiff from San Diego to San Felipe solo.
Can't seem to find it maybe its late and I'm tired.

It was our late, great Nomad friend, Carlos Fiesta... It was from Long Beach to the Colorado River, by sea (the long way)! He came back to San Felipe
after reaching his goal and trailered the panga back home.

Edit: That link is Part 1... the whole series is listed on this page: http://www.bajaexpo.com/soloadventure.htm
Carlos (Chuck) was about to publish the book about the adventure when he and two friends perished when his plane landed on the water (after running
out of fuel) near his home airport on a return flight from watching the 2010 Baja 1000 at Scorpion Bay. The plane flipped and the three were trapped
inside.

It was really an adventure of a lifetime, and Chuck lived life to the max! It was just cut short, too short for such a nice guy!

Carlos would really want everyone to read his story and be inspired by it to have their own Baja adventure.
It is practically a book on-line and the story begins here, and click on the next pages to get into the book: http://www.bajaexpo.com/circumnavigation/adios.htm
