Good vet in Mulege and/or Santa Rosalia?

My dog is not feeling well. I think she has pancreatitis, is dehydrated, and has fluids in her stomach that need to be removed.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good vet in Mulege and/or Santa Rosalia?

If her abdomen is swollen , getting worse , wretches with no/little production she may have bloat / torsion .

It is a immediate emergency , do not wait to get attention

Hopefully that's not what it is

Thanks, KaceyJ. The vet said it's pancreatitis. Got meds in the US. Hope she'll be able to make trip South for thanksgiving.

In Mulege, call the hospital, and ask for Dr. Baeza. Local vet. Had good luck with him.

Ask almost any dog owner in Pt. Chivato they will help you with you dog. The new vet in SR has a good reputation now and the PAWS folks should be in Mulege soon.

PAWS in Mulege had a visiting vet here last week and more are coming down. David R. Is here now and the clinic is open Tuesdays and Thursdays and by appointment. I have heard good reviews of the SR vet also.

Linda Raeburn put out the number of the vet this morning on Punta Chivato radio. The Vet in Santa Rosalia is awesome as well.

Thank you kindly for all the info.

I'm still stateside. I had to take her to the vet this morning again. She couldn't stand up on her own. Once standing, she could walk slowly. It all happened so fast. Last week, she thought she was an almost-14 year old puppy.

They're draining her stomach of fluid today. The vet said it's a high risk procedure and that she may not make it. I wanted to take her down to Chivato, but now I'm not sure it will happen.
