When we were down in October the road was not repaired from town to Army base. The plan is to pave all way to LaGringa. It ends where the abandoned
subdivision with the guard house is, i am told.

carlos slim is a miner, not a resort operator, he's in LAbay for the lithium.

Jan. 2016 Paved Road Pics from "Mando"
The road to La Gringa, Bahía de los Angeles:
Here is a sketch map Mando made... I am guessing that it indicates the paving ends 3/4 mile from La Gringa? I will let you know if that is not correct
when I hear back from him.
Thank you Mando!

we just got back and the pavement is all the way out to La Gringa entrance...apparently the owners did not want thier part paved. It made going to our
favorite spot a real pleasure this time! BOLA could certainly use the improvements and this may help bring back some tourism...if they can get control
over the thefts which would also help.

I am working on it 24! We can say, "the MOTHERSHIP has arrived!"
I hope to see Mando this Sunday at the Campo de Cahuenga historic reenactment in Studio City. That's where I met him two years ago.
