Otay has better visitor parking. After the interview just take Industrial Blvd to Blvd 2000 to the free road, left turn to Puerto Nuevo

If she is registering a vehicle into the system, they only inspect vehicles at Otay

Did away with the stickers, think they still do the inspections to verify VIN and other vehicle requirements

As of mid-November, they do not do inspections anymore.

I just got a second vehicle approved last week, about 2 months after applying.

San Ysidro is faster. At the most, there's only a 10 minute wait, but at Otay, you might have to wait a minimum of 2 hours. And that's with an appointment.
