bus trips - todos santos SJD

My wife and I will be visiting the Baja sur in late February with a few days each in TS, La Paz and SJD. I lived in Lapaz for most of 2006-2007 so I am looking forward to re connecting with baja life again.
The question I have is getting from SJD to Todos Santos by bus? I used to have to make frequent trips to the Cabo from La Paz to pick up visiting friends and family at the airport and used the bus. I took just about every bus you could from the small local buses to the big buses.
I guess the "Executivo Class" bus service no longer exists since the only mention I find of it is from around the time I was living there. My wife has never been south of Texas and despite my assurances is nervous about this trip. I speak pretty good Spanish and she speaks none. Do you suggest from the airport taking a taxi or shuttle to the San Jose Del Cabo bus terminal or the Cabo San Lucas bus terminal? What bus service do you think is the better one? Any opinions are very much appreciated.

I was looking ecobajatours.com as well but getting stuck at the airport for 2 hours to wait for the closest leaving shuttle does not really appeal to me since I can only stand to fend off time share presentation offers for so long.

Exactly this. Renting car will afford you so much more options.
