Border Crossing NB - Tecate - Easter time

How is the Border crossing at Tecate North bound into the US -mid week before Easter? Alternatively , the Monday right after Easter?

The week between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday is real busy. The Mexican kids are out of school and many workers are on vacation, especially the last half of the week. Northbound at all the crossings will be more crowded. The Monday after Easter might be better, maybe. Best to cross before Palm Sunday or several days after Easter Sunday.

If you need to cross during Easter week, do it late at night for the minimum wait.

All of this preceded by a big PROBABLY.

My 2 cents.

Anytime a round Easter is not good as schools let out at different times and people are vacationing. The Monday after Easter would be a big NO for me as people think they are missing the Easter returners.............they might be but many people wait until Monday, If you can wait until mid week. Still a crap shoot though, Nancy

No problem if you go late PM or evening. Sometimes a bit busier over Easter but better than other xings.
