Beautiful Woody. Nice photo work! As much as you love wildflowers, you should pop up to Death Valley as it is quite incredible this year.

China Lake is not exactly the garden spot of California. :-)

How are the poppies in the Palmdale area this year?

My humble apologies. Let me think of all the things I love about Ridgecrest --- thinking, thinking, thinking. :saint::saint:

Okay, it is the closest Home Depot, and when coming from the south and we don't want to push home, it is a place to stay and the Chinese Restaurant is not too bad. Guess we need to try the place Bajaguy suggests. :):)

But I must admit that we are considering another move, maybe within the next couple of years, and Ridgecrest is not on our list.

Owning income property, well with the base being there, I guess that is a good idea.

Woody, sorry for the hijack, but I do understand why you don't want the job there. I hope to see some pictures of poppies soon!

And it was not okay for me to put my pictures on your thread, so they are going to disappear for now. In fact, it was rude.
