RV campground at Punta Prieta Parador?

Does anyone know if this place at the junction of Highway 1 and the road to BOLA currently has a secure camping / RV area, or is everything still "abandonado".

Seems like it was cleaned up but not really sure. If you just want to overnight I THINK there is a place in Pta Prieta right on the road towards the south end of town. Or run out to Rosalillita and find a spot.
