Rosarito Beach Road Construction

Is the construction project at the north end of town toll road exit, near the Home Depot, finished yet?

I went through the construction area on Monday. No, it's not finished. The new bridge appears to to completed, but not the new approaches. Fill dirt is still being brought in and no paving has started. I still had to make the awkward U-turn from the old highway to head south on the toll road.
