heading North- Tijuana Questions
A friend is riding up with me and needs a rental car once he crosses the border into S Cal. Best advice/ suggestions would be appreciated. He would
also like to return the rental car to the same spot if possible. Is it easy to drop someone off at the airport pedestrian bridge? Map? info site,
gracias....

I think that to use the new pedestrian bridge you need to show proof of purchase of ticket on a flight into or out of Tijuana.

true. Must show either ticket from TJ to wherever or, if flying into TJ boarding pass.

Just exit off the 5 near the airport. There are hundreds of car rental places around the airport(San Diego).

PCH = Pacific Coast Highway
There are signs showing you where to go for rentals - quite a few and all along the same road, if I remember correctly.
