Asuncion update....first dorado of the season and schmoozing with sea lions!

Our canadian paisanos Kevin & Teresa went ocean fishing for the first time and caught some nice yellowtail and the first dorado of the season and chased a marlin around for awhile too.

Captain Juan & deckhand Martin with Kevin

After fishing, we picked up our other guests at la Bufadora Inn and set out to Isla Asuncion to frolick with the sea lions.

we also saw several spotted seals

and 3 blue footed boobies

It was Anne's first time ever snorkeling and she did great!

We had a blast with the folks from Chico CA and our canuck amigos.

Michael introduced Juan's hermano to Uzo! Yummmmm

I LOVED all the space in Juan's new super panga..and the sunset was pretty cool too! The weather has been perfecto with air temps in the low 80's and water temps now over 70 for nice swimming and snorkeling.

Glad to see the dorado. I'm hoping it only gets better. We'll be staying at Udo's for a month starting the 15th. I can hardly wait.
