Exactly the kind of place that draws me to the desert... and in this case, Baja. I could camp on that sand for days and go out exploring, looking for lost missions, petroglyphs, bighorn sheep... So much Baja, so little time!

Very cool!
The photo was taken at 29°46.480', -114°38.410' if you want to see it on Google Earth. Three arroyos converge very close by and this is the arroyo that passes Rancho Santa Ynez and crosses Hwy. 1 on the south side of Cataviņa, usually with water in it.

I do wish my photo skills were better! Maybe it's the camera or photo editing program?
