donkey down the baja?

A few years ago there was a thread about a guy who rode his donkey, or was it a burro down the Baja. Was he a retired police man? I searched for it but.... Anybody remember the guys name? Are there any other threads about people going down the Baja without cars?

The former El Cajon policeman was Michael Younghusband, a Baja Nomad, living in Loreto region, and writing the book about his adventure. His burro was named 'Don-Kay'.
