Road blocks southbound from Ensenada to La Paz?

Have friends coming down this coming Sunday and would like to know status of road blockages due to fuel price increase south of Ensenada to La Paz.

Would appreciate feedback.

Thanks

Alex

Alex, this doesn't answer your specific question but today in Cabo there was a gas tanker and people filling up at the Pemex near Costco when we were by at about 3:30pm. Point being, I hope the roadblocks are down and the people protesting have been heard. Our gas comes from LaPaz.

I spoke with a resident in San Quentin and he felt that the road blocks were breaking up. He was able to get gas in Los Pinos which is just south of SQ. Hope this helps

I thought I recognized the name of your boat Alex. You might want to have your friends come down through Mexicali to avoid any possible road blocks, and it is a better road anyway.
