Broke down in la paz

The control arm on my silverado 3500 just snapped off. Waiting for a tow truck. Im having it towed to Taller Acuario near the junction of the airport road. Any locals have experience good or bad with this mechanic?

Thanks

Ok...all is good. The owner of Posada Luna Sol helped us out and got us a tow truck and a good mechanic. We're in the hotel enjoying the AC while the truck is being fixed.

Buena Onda. Not the time of year you want your car to break down. Heard it was 105 in La Paz the other day. Cabo was stinkin HOT on Thursday. Cold drinks and great food at Mike's Road House got us down thhe road! Ever been there Amigos? Still good food and drinks after all these years!! Tio

It was easily 105, maybe more. I can't complain, I was just watching and was miserable...the tow truck guy had to work in that heat. Truck wasn't easy to get back on the street.

We have had some breakdowns recently, it ain't fun! I am still in shock but one of these days will recover enough to share the stories!

Best of luck getting the repairs done well and inexpensively.

Break downs? Summertime? La Paz would be a fortunate locale. It's still Baja unlike Cabo. Good luck Amigos. Glad I'm from Long Beach,ja, ja! Hope to visit you guys again. Tomas
