Cabo Car Rental
We are arriving via a Cruse Ship to Cabo San Lucas in a couple of months and thinking about renting a car or Jeep to go visit some friends in Los
Barriles. I am comfortable driving in Baja, but I have never rented in Baja. Any suggestions on who is closest to the port and/or who to avoid? JH

I would take the bus or a cab and save myself all the hustle B.S. that goes with renting a car if you are not experienced with the procedure. .

Why don't you just GOOGLE the question?
Most car rental agencies are at the airport, and I doubt that any car agency will pick you up at the marina, where you will disembark from the cruise
boat.
Car rentals in Baja are a long ways from what you are used to in the US.

Have your friend drive to the cruise port to visit you - much less hassle and expense for him to see you than vice-versa. Then enjoy Cabo environs
with him and his car. You can pay him for gas and buy lunch for the tour. Also, you're closer to the ship during the day instead of spending your
day to make the RT drive, turn in the car, taxi to ship, etc.

You're making too much sense.

The O.P. did not mention it, but some people cruise south on the love boat, then fly back north. My son and his bride did that about fifteen years
ago.

Someone else said: have your friend come to you. If you need adventure, drive to LB. If you want relax, hang in Cabo. It's a great
town. Maybe Sammy will be at Cabo Wabo.

You need to get in touch with BBB Rentacar before you go, or you can probably call when you get there (if you haven't already gone).
I have rented from them twice and I work with Sagi Walk (Sagi.bbbrentacar@gmail.com).
The least hassel, the best service and the best price. I believe an American owns it. Regardless of that tidbit - This place is legit
