Road condition Palo Verde to Punta Chivato?

Heading down next week - how does the road in to PC look? Do we need to wait for low tide?

Thanks for any updates!

Really good shape except around the estuary. The estuary was graded but only one lane.

I just drove it this morning. So 1st hand report. From PV to PC. The road is easily passable but slow in some areas. 1st 2 or 3 miles are typical PV road conditions, rocky/washboard. Then there are many partially repaired washouts that are rough and rocky but easy to navigate at 10+ mph. Some single lane areas to the estuary. After the estuary it's regular 25mph+ with washboard areas.
edit:

Thank you so much - Dad has his truck but I follow in my old lady SUV. Look for the short person either on a paddle board or walking the beach with her shaved (well pretty short haired) aussie and give me a shout out! (next week...)
