Drove back 10/15 - 10/16

Drove north on Hwy one from Mulege to Otay Mesa. Construction on road north of Palo Verde to Santa Rosalia gives cause to slow down for the dirt strips - a few big dips. Santa Rosalia and especially just north the road is horrible - take it slow. From there to the GN border road is in pretty good shape. North of GN there are a lot of repaired potholes but some have reopened. The hilly area north of the check point has HUGE potholes. Take it slow. And of course the closer you get to Catavina the worse the road gets. South of El Rosario not too bad and from El Rosario north I can't remember a lot of bad. I turn off at Blvd. 2000 so I can't report on the road from Rosario to the border.
