We found some dunes about 30 miles above Scorpion Bay
Had many miles of them all to ourselves.

Looks fun! Is that pic from your drone which was following?

I liked to do donuts and throw dirt with my wheels, when I was a teenager
Woke!

will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.”

That's my 15 yo driving the truck and 13 yo riding the bike.
You should do stuff with your kids sometimes instead of pounding on the keyboard all day long.

Running down a dream....
US Marines: providing enemies of America an opportunity to die for their country since 1775.
What I say before any important decision.
F*ck it.

Awesome on you for making such good memories with your kids! What direction are they from SJ? Been that way several times but never seen them.

"Above" is probably north.
The sand dune field is huge and comes next to the road at the south end of the salina, south of El Datil. If you only drive the high road then you
would not have seen them.
I took photos of them and camped there last August. See them in my TRIP #6 report here on Nomad (Baja Trip Reports forum).

Here's the GPS track and mileages north from San Juanico to El Datil. The dunes are 3 miles past the ranch and 10 miles south of El Datil or about 29
miles from San Juanico.
