The unfinished house is only a landmark, not part of this lot.

60K invested in what exactly?

Thanks, Blanca! Woody is correct: The house is on the lot behind mine -
included as a point of reference. The investment includes the original purchase price, establishing and paying the fideiocomiso and prop. taxes the last seven years. I'm getting older and had a change of plans, so I'm willing to sell at a loss.

Taxes and the Fideiocomiso are the cost of ownership. Taxes did nothing to improve the property and the new owner is going to have to establish theoir own ownership papers. Lets get realistic here. You are trying to recoop money from a bad investment sounds like to me.

If it is a prime lot why all the sand around the entire area except for the abandoned house. I don't even see any utility poles.

This is a nice large ocean view lot. No utilities yet. Most of us use solar and water storage tanks (water is 1 mile away). Taxes are relatively low...do not sweat them. Community is outstanding. Make an offer if you think the price is too high...If he does not like the offer, no will not hurt you.

The negative comments seem unnecessary. The seller invest $60K in the lot. He's now willing to accept less.

So...the "cost of ownership" isn't part of what someone has in a property?? And where does it say that it's an improved lot? And it's "recoup", unless you're trying to relocate your chickens. Thanks for your input...

Large? Its 20 m wide. Small in my book.
Nice location, just a bit small. All that open space and postage-stamp size lots?

Ignore all the ignorant tire kickers and good luck with your sale. Why is it all the non buyers are first to jump on the negative bandwagon? Jealousy or really board with their lives?
