Los Cabos most dangerous?

This article:

https://www.seguridadjusticiaypaz.org.mx/ranking-de-ciudades...
purports to list the most dangerous cities in the world.

Numero uno? Los Cabos.
Acapulco, Tijuana, Culiacan, Juarez, La Paz are not far behind.

Victoria, Mexico is no. 8; I don't know where that is.

Question is, is this data any good?

The reality is likely worse than reported, yes there is a security problem in BCS that is systemic and orchestrated.

The drug trade based turf warfare will continue as it has in the past, the areas affected change somewhat based on local cartel trade rule dynamics only. The turf wars going on in Cabo are just like TJ in the 90's, new bunch of military that needs subsidizing by the cartel, bullets will fly when needed

Plumo or Plata is still the golden rule in Baja. "Do unto others" is considered being weak,
