Hola Higo,
just out of curiosity, how long is the lease, if any ( new lease or balance of existing ? ) , how much is the monthly/annual lease, what percentage of
increase of lease amount per year, if any, and what other charges ? water, gardening, sewer and electricity included ?
what is the measurement of the space.
thank you,
BIEN SALUD, DA RAT

Hi gang, check the website -- 2000 sq ft. And the palapa covers the whole thing, trailer remodel, casita, bodega...so it's all under same roof (which
is insured)
I think the lot rent is 500? and paid through some of this year. They pay CFE I think. All else is covered. Super close to beach. Do you know LB? Just
walk from Campestre Triny down Costa Brava to beach. 2 blocks'ish? You know we don't really have "blocks" but that's a good gauge.
They are good people and have taken great care of the place. They need to sell though.

I have personally checked out this place and its really nice. Great clean park actually came close to buying it but the only issue I had it is a
little close quarters to other palapas, trailers, etc. so privacy was a concern but to others that may not be an issue. Its a great deal for the right
person.

Hi all, just bumping this up for my friends Doug and Helen (the owners, not on this site). The place is still for sale. As you guys know, the "buying
season" in the seaside town can be so short. So hopefully somebody snatches this place up this season. Please share with folks looking for a great
spot in Los Barriles! http://www.bajapalapa.info/

I don't know why people with homes for sale on rented land do not include how much the rent costs. Happens all the time in the US too with homes in
mobile home parks.
It's the first question every prospective buyer asks.

I answered it earlier in the thread -- but I think they pay $500 a month. Also, I think the park negotiates the rates with new owners.
