Google is your friend.

I googled it. Only possibilities that seem to apply here are
Gastrointestinal transit time
Geriatric Interdisciplinary Team Training
I suspect jizz meant the former.

I don't remember where exactly but I think it was some little roadside restaurant 2 hours north of La Paz. This guy was 80 years old and he carried a gunny sack with some melons in it(it looked heavy) and he gave them to the proprietress of the restaurant and started to walk out. She asked him if he would like lunch and of course he said yes. There were about 6 or so empty tables and my friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant but he came over and sat at our table. I thought it was odd he would do that but of course we were very glad he did.
