San Ignacio

We went to San Ignacio last week and it was so windy!

They are also redoing the streets around the main square, what a mess!

I camped on the lagoon a few years ago, and my tent was completely destroyed in one night by ~30 knot winds. Luckily it did die down and we were able to go on the planned whale visit. The locals said it can get pretty bad sometimes.

A place to relax - nice accomodations

San Ignacio Springs B & B - we spent several days there in June.

John

Note on the bottom photo the wall height has been added to - helps keep the flooding of the lagoon in check. It wasn't high enough two years ago.
