RV overnight in Guerrero Negro or just north
Other than at Malarrimo's, where is a decent place to pull my 27 foot self contained rig into? I will be migrating northbound and will be staying just
one night.
Anyone recently stay at the place on the highway just north of the turn off? I think it might have a restaurant in front of it.

You might be thinking of Mario's? We stayed there last week. Easy access with long pull-throughs and not much noise - https://www.campendium.com/marios-rv-park

Thanks, that is the place I was thinking about. Did you eat at the restaurant? If so, how was it?

I have stayed there and eaten in the restaurant. Both were fine.

We didn't eat there. The two times we have been we haven't seen anyone eating in the restaurant. Big place. Maybe after the whale tours, they get more
people?

The yellow hotel near the north Pemex has always been a go=-to spot for me RV'ing. Very reasonable, hook-ups too (cheaper even still w/o).
Restaurant's good, check in at the small convenience store, and it has lots of stuff like microwave popcorn, etc.

Might have to check that out next year. Mario's kind of expensive since the hookups don't really work. I do like that I don't have to unhook my Jeep
though (56 feet RV + Jeep).

3-2-T ,
The RV lot to the south of the hotel (used to have) easy pull-ins/outs and all the times I've spent there rarely had a neighbor. The hotel itself is
kinda a ''no-tell Hotel" clientele, so I suggest parking as remotely as possible.
A scoche of highway noise, but I always pulled in to the west edge by I believe was a block wall.
I recommend it, does fine in a pinch. Again, restaurant does just fine, a good port in the storm of travel weather.

Hola Howard, Contact Shari, she used to park her trailer in the back lot of the last hotel (I believe) in Baja Sur during whale watching season.
It’s on the the east side of Mex 1 and driving north I think it’s between the spray station and the monument. Buen viaje amigo.
Two dirt roads diverged in Baja and I, I took the one less graveled by......

Thank you all who replied.
Looks like a game time decision but probably will pull into the one called Mario's unless I decide to push on further north and then to the next
suggestion.
The more I think about it could it be that Mario's is the big yellow place?
Either ways all good suggestions and being in a self contained RV I'm not overly concerned about the lack of a place to sleep.
Thanks for playing nice in the sand box!
