Fideicomiso - Modification Question?

Hey All: Who out there has modified a Fideicomiso? I noticed a couple of years ago one children was left off of one of our Fideicomiso's. Would like to get the one in order. Any information would be much appreciated. We are in the Pescadero/Todos Santos area. Probably have to hire a lawyer to start this process? Thanks Brian

It would be adding her as a beneficiary. I can't believe I missed this. Sorry for the first post.
Thanks Brian

I would go back to the notario that did the original and have him/her add them for you. No need to involve an attorney other than the original notario.

Agreed, try and take care of it without the attorney if you can. Shouldn’t be too complicated if it’s just a secondary beneficiary. You’ll have to pay the notary plus any bank fees.

Hopefully your Fidei bank wont charge too much. Your Fideicomiso will say right on it. Mine is a 1000 USD fee plus 580 per beneficiary. This is what I was recently quoted by Banorte. Plus I have an attorney so it’s adding up!

If you can please update with the final figures. I’m curious what other banks are charging
