Mandarin Salsa with Avocado


'tis the season for Satsumas, buy a bag and get jiggy wit it.

Ingredients

6 Medium to large Satsuma Mandarins
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 avocado
2 jalapenos
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lime
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar

Peel and segment mandarins. Finely chop mandarins, tomatoes, avocado, peppers, and garlic. Add lime juiced and seasonings, stir.
