TIP Wait Times Mexcali East?

Thank You for your help. Merry Christmas
I'm hitting the Mexicali East TIP Banercito Office on January 1st 2020. I want to be there as soon as they open, then drive as far as Guerrero Negro the first day (8 hours?)
Questions:
The site says they open at 6AM but also says Hours May Vary... Anyone with a clue about New Years Day hours?
Two years ago this TIP process to under 20 minutes... maybe the same now?

Cannot do the online TIP since the home delivery could hang up in mail with this short schedule

Can't you get the TIP at the ferry terminal before you cross over?

Yes... I will consider doing it that way again. I get a peace of mind getting it over with ASAP. Four years ago I arrived 5 hours early for my boat at Pichelingue.... and the Banercito was closed 5 minutes before my arrival and I had to reschedule.

If no one is in front of you it goes very fast. It's all about timing.

My only reliable information is that I was there at Mexicali East Banercito at around 7AM on Jan 1 2018 and I got lucky with zero other customers and speedy service. I guess if I fail I will simply plan on some extra time at Pichelingue on January 14th. It's kind of a nail biter since you're counting on the TIP process or you lose your spot on the boat.
I'll be in La Ventana so just dropping in would require an hour each way.
Thank You

I would not count on getting anything accomplished on January 1st in Mexico. :O

Have you reliable information that the Banercito office will be open? :?:
