Purified block ice in La Paz?

Anyone have a source of purified block ice in La Paz? Those cubitos just don't last long for camping. Not the hieleria stuff.

I dealt with ice for 15 years during Baja trips
then I wised up
12V fridge freezer
except Engel, they all have the same internals
so you can go the cheap route
sometimes on sale for around $500 for the big ones - 65 qts

Pick up dry ice at Fart and Smile b-4 entering Mex. Or block. No purified block in Mex.
