Puerto San Carlos - Lores House

We just got back from a 1 night over in Puerto San Carlos and stayed at the hotel Lores House.

It is right in the middle of town. Downstairs there is a nice restaurant. We had various seafood plates for dinner. A ceviche plate which was excellent and had shrimp, scallops, octopus, fish...They had HUGE fresh shrimp so we both had shrimp for dinner different ways.

Breakfast was standard mexican breakfast, all good!

The hotel itself is under construction building more rooms, some rooms are completed. I'm guessing they had 12 rooms, some of which were being worked on. We stayed in the big 'cabana' room which is over the restaurant. It was very nice, clean and we'd be happy to stay there again! There was a nice outdoor patio, for dogs too I guess.

It is on the main road in town so it is a bit loud at night, pretty standard when you are along the road. Cars all night mixed in with dogs then roosters!!

We paid about $50 for the night. It was rolled together with whale watching and dinner...
