Cannibalism in Tijuana taco shops?

A Foodie story from TJ,... you know a story about TJ cuisine and cannibalism is gonna be a good one when the meat dude has the nickname, “el Gordo.”

Woke!

Hard to believe!

But PGJE is looking for confirmation (independent) in regards to the story!

I haven't ordered tacos de cabeza when in TJ since the cartels started mimicking ISIS tactics about 10 years ago.
