Do you mean the beach by the homes, past the old resort, or some other place that was a campground? Russ showed me two places not far from his home... #1 is by the homes, east of the old resort and #2 is the north beach, facing Isla San Marcos:

Probably means the old campground that is pictured in the first pic. That was such a great place in the 80s and 90s. Probably before, too, but I never was there, then.

The second pic is Muertos; yeah, another Muertos. Can be windy when the typical, winter WNW winds set up.

I don't believe the campground is attended by anyone. Haven't been down since June 2019, but we saw a camper or two at the north end. I doubt there are any services.

Yes the old campground near the antenna mast or light house in the first pic. We are now at scorpion bay (surf small, crowds are friendly). Within a couple days return to San Ignacio, pick up our boat and head to Sea of Cortez. Looking for the first place to camp, may try the San Marcos RV park. We haven't been there in years but it is easy enough to check out.

I heard separately that the campground at PC is probably locked up and the hotel closed. Not worth dragging my trailer down that road to find everything closed.
