Yes, minislpit in the bedroom.
4100 watts of new panels. 200 Amp hours at 48 volt lithium batteries.
Could support 2 minisplits, but we just have the one.

Very nice. I like the color. What is the total square foot?

Do you have a trust on it now?

Very nice place, about twice the size I would want. What an amazing location. Unrelated question about the KTM in the garage. Is that an 18 inch front rim and tire combo? If so how do you like it in the sand? I know a few guys on ADVRIDER are running them with good luck.

Good eye, it is indeed an 18 laced to a front hub. I did it for the sand and love it, but the other benefit is in the rocks. I run low enough pressure and it just has incredible traction on the rocks.
Running a Perelli MT43 trials tire on it.

I've been thinking about trying one. Any weird handling on the road or other down sides to that set up? Good luck with the sale of your place, it looks amazing, might try to do a drive by in November when I'm down on my bike.

Great place to be! It is more house than I need, but I like where it is located. I will run some numbers this week, and maybe I can make an offer. I need at least five, but if I get the power ball too it is a no brainer! :light:
