Mulege Post Office

Help! My friends in Mulege who are no Nomads are desperately looking for the guy who is opening and closing the door from the Post office on occassion. Since Mario is kicked out of the Post Office w/ no good reason after he served for 40 years, the Post Office is always closed. We know that there is a guy named Jose opening the post Office door ---- sometimes. BUT WHEN?? Jose seems to work in Santa Rosalia and coming to Mulege only on occasion. Who knows more? i.e. a tel-number from Jose? Or anything else?
