border crossing question

Last time I crossed the TJ border heading south it was a sharp and immediate right hand off ramp after crossing the border. On another occasion it had a huge boulder blocking the off ramp. Its been a few years and I'm wondering if the off ramp has a sign now and is it open and will it still direct me to the scenic route south? Thank you nomads

yes, first right turn after border is a flybridge across the TJ river, takes you along border fence to toll road.

if the turn is closed, make your way into downtown and take 1st/Articulo 123 westward, until it dumps you onto 2nd/Benito Juarez,... which takes you to toll road.

Woke!

“...ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country.” “My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.”

Prefered gender pronoun: the royal we
