Sentri lane with Global Entry Card what to show at border

It's not clear what should be scanned prior to entering the US customs stop in the sentri lane. Passport cards and Global Entry? Or just Global Entry and answer the questions? Or? Closest I can find online is Global Entry cards have radio frequency identification, which enables their use at SENTRI and NEXUS expedited travel lanes entering the U.S. ...
Thx

Scan the GE card and answer the questions. Yesterday at Mexicali west there were NO cars and she didn't even take my card. Bringing anything from Mexico? No. Have a nice day.

Just have your GE card. They don't ask for your passport.

Often they don't even ask you anything. I have slightly tinted back windows, and they do ask for those to be rolled down.

I always roll down back windows and take off sunglasses. Makes for a easier crossing.

I have been asked for my passport on occasion, so I keep at the ready. I used to turn in a list of stuff I had in the car but they said no worries.
