Renewed restrictions in La Paz
Per the most recent Gringo Gazette, La Paz is bringing back some COVID-19 restrictions like masks and capacity limitations.

Uh-oh!....I better hoard some more toilet paper!
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

Here is a tip for you. Buy baby wipes. Even when TP was hard to get, baby wipes were readily available.

Hypothetically, if everybody had followed distancing and masking "back then", we wouldn't have had that many deaths. Distancing is the only thing
that works 100%. Keeping safe distance indoors is next to impossible, virus accumulates in enclosed space, recommended 6ft is not enough there.

Less than 7K under 30 died in the US in 2 and a half years. Of those, the vast majority died with Covid, not because of Covid.
Lock downs had crushing emotional and financial impacts on people and did very little to stop the spread.
And now those lock downs are playing a major factor with inflation and ultimately the reduction of retirement funds of millions and millions.
The WHO said from the start that lock downs only help medical personal get ready, they aren't good for the long term. The CDC and many state
governors sh#t the bed by ignoring the WHO.

You are always going on about children and covid/fentanyl. I think you are a Pygmy, pedo, drug addict.
Over 1,000,000 died of covid in usa. In same period less than 200,000 died from drug-involved overdoses.
Pedo Pygmy: Did your elders survive covid?
Woke!

will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.”

Getting back on topic
Any recent reports on conditions from anyone in the municipality of La Paz? When I visited Todos Santos in February, masking at restaurants and shops
was universal. Landscapers even wore masks - outside. Businesses stayed open, visitors complied with restrictions, and we returned to the U.S. without
the gift of COVID.

Everyone was wearing masks indoors in restaurants and stores in La Paz when I was there 2 weeks ago, thought it was mandated then. What has changed
since?
Small towns and villages were not following that rule consistently tho.

Middle-aged Friends from San Diego flew to south for a resort stay. 3 got covid. 1 got hospitalized with pneumonia. Looks like the hospitalized
person will survive, but story is ongoing…

I went for a Moderna booster and bought a new package of masks Sunday. Better safe than sorry. I wish good luck to those that are behaving as though
the pandemic is over. Maybe so, but next month, maybe not. I'm still avoiding indoor crowds and masking up when I can't.
Airplanes? Sure the air is recirculated through effective (maybe) filters, but when the guy sitting next to you, so close you're almost touching,
sneezes you'll inhale his exhaust before it hits any filters. Risky.

Millions and millions and millions have flown for 2 years. Only a very small number of cases attributable to planes. I believe one was attributable
to sitting on the tarmac for an extended period of time.
Follow the science, air travel is very safe.
I don't get why ppl are always rooting for the virus.

The one good thing to come out of the last couple of years of pandemic, is not being jammed up in lines with someone practically breathing down your
neck!
A little social distancing is a good thing.
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

One million dead in the US alone and there are still idi.ots trying to tell that epidemic is a hoax. He "doesn't get" why people are taking their
health seriously, no kidding.

From the CDC. It's been posted a 100 times on here. Less than 27K for people under forty.

Who said it is a hoax? For certain ppl based on age and health it's very, very low risk.
For others, it's very high risk.
You protect the ones at risk and don't lock down the ones who are at very low risk.
It's pretty simple. And what I said about travel on planes is 100% true. You seem to like to argue with facts and science.

Dear Liberal Name Caller,
In the same period Over 1,000,000 Americans died from using tobacco or breathing 2nd hand smoke! Please Note that the President you voted for hasn’t
done a damn thing and the governments you support are still taking the tax money or in some cases even selling tobacco! This has been going on for
generations not 2 years!
So how are you any more moral than the guy you’re calling names? Drug deaths, including tobacco kill more every year with hardly a ripple!
Then there are the 10’s of thousands of elderly who were condemned to death by Government edict in NY, NJ and Ct! That’s just plain murder!

You need to do a little research. What I said has been printed in the NYT's many times in the last six months.
Do you actually think it was good for ppl's mental well being to be locked down for two years.
There have an a litany of studies from left leaning organizations on how harmful it was on kids' development.
