Verizon Phone in Mexico
I dial 011 52 616 165-8850 when calling the Baja Cactus hotel when calling from the USA on my Verizon phone. How do I dial when using the phone from
inside Mexico?

You only need the exit code and country code when dialing international. When you are calling within country, you don’t need to enter 011 52, since
you are not calling international.
Woke!

Does that mean I can use my USA Verizon phone to call a Mexican number without any special prefix at all? Of course a country code is not needed but
isn't there some other prefix required like 01 or something like that.

You can simplify things in your cell phone contacts by setting the country code. +52 for Mexico. +1 for US.

When you use outlook or iPhone contacts, the software automatically finds and stores country code,… then you never worry about typing international
code ever again.
