Curious about the range of costs that people are paying these days to initiate a Fideicomiso.

I just paid a little less than $6000. usd for our house south of Rosarito



Mexico!! Where two can live as cheaply as one.....but it costs twice as much.....

They want about $8200. I elected to get a new(50 year) trust when my 30 year expired. I am not happy. Your $6000 seems reasonable.

I should have shopped around!

We are at about $8200, in San Quintin, Included a second lot, behind
The house. and it has taken a long time to complete! but I think we are
close!

I also had two lots, and the house occupies one and a half of the two. I was able to list both lots on one trust...the whole process took about 6 months, and just picked up the final paperwork 4 days ago....$6,000 more or less..
