Transferring a Mexican land line number to a Telcel phone

Anyone know if you can do that and how to do it?

Telmex (landline) and Telcel are two separate entities, so I highly doubt that a "transfer" is possible. You could ask Telcel if the number for your landline is available and if so, to assign it to your cell phone SIM.
